why lie? i want traffic!

Hello John, i’ll have some of your traffic please.

Ah no, don’t worry i’m not cold hearted  . For all my regular visitors, this is a review on John Chow’s blog. Basically John is an internet guru who has taught me loads over the few months i’ve been in this business. I regularly check johnchow.com (about twice daily) to see what he’s blogging about. His posts range from anything to snapshots of his 5 course meal in some fancy restaurant in Vancouver to reviews of a plug in vibrator for an ipod

The great thing about John’s blog is that he actually updates it consistently! A rare thing as you all know. I don’t think a day has gone past where i haven’t seen at least 2 posts on John’s blog. He could easily afford to take the foot off the gas and go a few days without posting but no, he still plugs away… posting not only any old posts to make the blog look busy, but actually high quality posts.

John’s blog tagline is “The Miscellaneous Ramblings of a Dot Com Mongul” – quite appropriate i think you’ll agree. Basically, John gets paid at this stage a high 4 figure sum monthly to live his wierd and wacky life and blogs about it all for us to feed on. Quite a nice thing he’s got goin on there

I never actually comment on John’s blog, im just a regular visitor. But as i always say, you can’t learn if you’re talking. And it’s guys like John Chow who i look up to and envy.. they spur me on that little bit further and give me something to aim for. Seeing him earning $7000 a month on his blog, is truely mouthwatering.

So here i am, leeching off John’s latest traffic spinning idea – a link on his blog for me, in exchange for a review on my blog for him. So i get traffic and a link, and he gets traffic and basically a free review. John is indeed evil  he should patent that idea. Anyway, i’m just another sucker (1 of about 300) who has bought into this idea.. looking for the crumbs on John’s table
