I bought jpegr.com in December 2006 for $500. It was an image hosting website which was just a few weeks old. Under my ownership, the site received a pagerank of 4, started to average 300 unique visits per day and several new features were added. I sold the site in May 2008 for $1000.

As part of a 5 man team (which ended up as a 4 man team), i took part in a site flipping competition in November 2008 to see who could flip the site for the most cash in a 30 day period. My team won as we created, developed and sold listlunatic.com within 30 days for $2000.

Floor Design

Being a man utd fan, i set this site up during Utd’s successful 2007/2008 season where they scooped the league and champions league titles. I designed the logo, added content, got it ranking google etc… and sold the site after a couple of months.

Dragons Den Parody Video
As part of a college project, i was part of a 5 man team which created a 25 minute video sketch of the popular TV show ‘The Dragons Den’ (UK version). I completed all of the video editing myself. I also appeared in the video, pitching my own ‘BeerChief.com’ website to ‘the dragons’. I contributed to the ideas and script and the editing alone took over 80 hours of my time over the space of about 2 months from October – November 2008.

I created this site in summer 2009. It helps people to find out the details of ‘secret’ hotels on the likes of lastminute.com. These hotels are offered at discount rates, but you don’t know what hotel you’re staying in until you pay for it. With hotelsrevealed.com, you get a heads up. This site was sold in 2011.

closelyguarded.com is a domain name i bought on ebay in late 2008. I sourced an appropriate theme, came up with some content and carried out some basic SEO. The site ranks in the top 3 results for ‘closely guarded’ and gets about 20 unique visits per month through google for related terms.

Chrome Guide
When Google Chrome first came on the scene in September 2008, i knew it would be big news. I knew chrome had the potential to become THE biggest browser of them all.
