My 14th Sitepoint Listing

Defenced.com has just been put up for sale on sitepoint. It’s now my 14th site to be listed on Sitepoint.
My last 6 auctions have all resulted in sales and profit - proving i’m getting a lot smarter at selling. Out of my first 7 auctions, only 3 resulted in sales… the rest either had no bidders or didn’t get past the reserve price.
I’m confident defenced.com will sell for over $100. I have a BIN of $197 on it. As always, i’ll drop it gradually as time goes on if nobody bids.
I have a trust rating of 100% of Sitepoint - don’t come much better than that 
Although it’s not vitally important to have a 100% clean record, it’s one less reason people have not to bid on the auction. That’s the way i see it.
As a buyer too, i know that a seller with 100% feedback from a lot of sales is gonna be ultra-reliable and far less likely to do a runner or back out of a deal than a guy with 90%. Anyway, all of the cash from this sale will be going towards my Charity Skydive Fund which should give it a nice boost.

Any chance you’d do an ebook or a post on how you choose a niche site, to design (creating headers, choosing themes), to content, to the process you use in developing WP .. plugins, SEOing, linking to affiliates etc.
I like your technique …. I reckon with a bit of tuition I could probably come up with a site of my own.
You could always do a sponsored ebook or a private posting set …. viewers or those to be let into some of your ’secrets’ could ‘donate’ some cash to your sky dive in return……

interesting idea LB, it’s something i haven’t thought about, but now that you’ve said it, i’ll have to do something about it
what i’ll do (maybe next month as i’ve just got so much on this month) is create a site from scratch and blog about it on this blog - step by step.

Just took a look at the site there and I thought I’d point out that the grammar from what I read on the front page is awful
For example -
The same company which makes robots to do you hovering, your cleaning and even gets your mail is rumored to have made…
You hovering? Gets should be “get” etc etc.
Not putting down the site, just thought you might want to rectify those and perhaps avoid using the services of whoever wrote those articles again.
