MillionDollarWiki 10% complete..

Posted on Saturday, September 29th, 2007 at 7:45 pm

The MillionDollarWiki has now sold 104 pages, taking in $104,000.

I didn’t think it would make it, even this far, but then again i didn’t expect Shoemoney to blog about it..

That took things to a new level. I heard about it through John Chow’s blog, so when you’ve those guys blogging about you, you know you’ve got something hot.

So a big landmark for the MDW, the first target is always the most difficult to reach, and now with over 1000 pages sold, i think Graham will make it at some stage, i’d expect things to really take off now as people realise this is a winner after all and it’s a case of supply<demand so you may find people buying words to sell them.

mew MillionDollarWiki 10% complete..

Anyway, enter the copycats.. and i guess if you were kicking youself for not thinking of MDW, you’ll be kicking yourself even more, now that i tell you MillionEuroWiki.com has made over $3000 in a week

MillionPoundWiki anyone??

  • You should also check out FameWord.com. It's the same thing, but pages are free unless if you want to be the sole editor of them. Check out my "Cloverfield" page if you get the chance.
  • Hey guys,

We just launched http://FiveDollarWiki.com where you can buy links for 5 bucks!

The only difference is money here, the content would be about the same.

We are also working on http://OneBuckWiki.com which we will launch in few days but don't tell anyone yet. This is supposed to be the real hit we think... Shhhh....

If you guys want a free page on the OneBuckWiki, let me know. The only requirement is that you put content on it right away. We are trying to build a little bit of content before our launch date...
  • A landmark accomplishment. I have recently launched my startup http://www.wordhugger.com with the same 'initial idea', but with added improvements. Too bad Millioneurowiki didn't add any extra spice, or it would have done better. Best of luck to graham though!
