i made an ebook cover

For my new site/ebook (guidetowordpress.com), myself and walsho (my wingman on this project) agreed the ebook needed one of those ebook cover design things that all the spammy $97 ebooks have.

It just completes the whole ebook look and makes things look a bit more professional. So i set about learning how to create an ebook cover. Now i have been playing about with design quite a bit recently and it seems to be paying off at last as i’m now pretty comfortable designing little bits and pieces like this….

Here’s what i came up with;

I’m slowly but surely building up my skill level and at long last i feel my years of ‘wasting time’ on computers are finally paying off as it’s the little things like this which save me money. Ok, it might only save me paying someone $5, but over 3 or 4 ebooks that adds up. So not only can i save money, i can also make money from it by charging people for my services if i wish
