Charity Bypass
This past week has been good for me. CharityBypass.com is fast becoming one of my most impressive sites to date. It’s been built 100% by myself.
When i say ‘built’ i mean i’ve used joomla, some themes, some plugins and mashed them all in together to create some sort of custom looking site. But i’ll still claim it as my own and take all the credit for it – websites don’t build themselves
I’m still not close to launching it, but it WILL be online by the end of this month.
New .ie project / partnership
I’ve a new .ie project on the way – once the domain name comes through for that, it’s showtime and work will begin. It’ll be another joomla based site.
Jackpot Network
This week also saw the start of something big. Potentially, my largest and most rewarding project ever – the jackpot network. I’m eager to fast forward a few weeks and look at the stats from my test site – they could change the way i think, feel and work online. It’s an exciting project which on paper, ticks all the right boxes to become a viable e-business. Patience is needed though – along with some hard work over the next few weeks.
Becoming a Property Developer
A couple of days ago, i also spoke for the first time about many domains and sites which i own. Although it won’t be easy, i do intend on developing them all one by one… sooner rather than later. Some will be easy to develop – lolimages.com, captionedimages.com, gameexclusive.com – no brains needed there. They just need a nice theme, custom logo and then content, content, content. Others will be more complex and require more time – groundrage.com, myalloys.com, bloggrave.com…
Luxury, anti-recession stuff
Yesterday, i booked a hotel break for this coming wednesday (15th april). I’ll be staying in the jury’s hotel, croke park. Ranked no.6 in tripadvisor for hotels in dublin, i’m also very familiar with it now that Ireland play their soccer international matches there.
Beyond this month
Looking past the next few weeks, I’ve just 2 full weeks of college left and my summer exams shouldn’t be a problem – if there’s pressure on me, i don’t feel it – why would i? I’ve not failed anything this year, passed all my christmas exams and generally found 2nd year easier than 1st year – there’s no reason for me to fear anything.
I’m looking forward to my London trip in July… it’ll be my 3rd time there in 3 years, but this time i’ll be seeing the king of pop live in concert
So all in all, all the good stuff is in the future – it’s all ahead of me. I think that’s the key to life… if there’s no light at the end of the tunnel, you give up. So long as those lights are there, i’ll keep moving and i know that, i know that’s the way i work and i’ve spoken about it before.
