It’s almost as if i’ve been possessed by my old self this week. When i first came up with the idea for BeerChief i was enthusiastic, hungry, optimistic about it’s future. I’ve never lost any of that, but from June/July 2008 until December 2008, virtually nothing was touched on BeerChief.
However, there has been MAJOR work done on BeerChief this week. Too much to mention in a single blog post, but all you need to know is that this will be the dawn of a new era for both BeerChief and myself.
I can now visualize the site doing well…. scooping up members and spreading virally. Whilst i always believed we could do that, i never truly believed we could do that with the old version we originally launched with back in July 2008 – i knew we needed change and lots of it.
I’ll still be making changes after January 27th – the site isn’t perfect and never will be. But i’m a lot happier with the BeerChief i have at the minute, than i was with the BeerChief i had on July 1st 2008…. and the BeerChief i have at the minute is only about 60% complete, still a good 40% to go before it launches on January 27th.
Next week, i’ll be spending our last round of funding in a bid to deliver ‘world class’ on a shoestring budget. These are exciting times for me and i haven’t even upgraded the BeerChief blog yet
