Today, i’ve passed the $150 in adsense. Just last month, i reached the $100 mark, so things are moving pretty swiftly now.
I’m averaging $20/week with the odd burst here and there, mixed with woeful CTR’s on certain days.. like 600 impressions, 0 clicks 
I believe i’m pretty experienced now in adsense location and blending so i’m getting maximum return from adsense without hurting traffic. I’ve learned not to overload sites with ads as that drives people away.. however the average user EXPECTS and ACCEPTS ads on a site. If the ads are in a prime location, people WILL click on them.
‘Blending’ is apparently the way to go, however from my own experience, it’s placement which is key. The ads don’t have to be completely blended in order for the viewer to read and click them.
Also, my latest Agloco stats show i’ve built a network of 10 people (6 direct and 4 indirect), which propels me up into the top 20% of the Agloco builders or founders. My initial aim is to build a network of 100 members. (obviously the more the merrier). It will probably take 10-15 more direct referrals to achieve that.
