I’ve sold 2 more sites today, flatchested.info & retroprogrammes.com
Both were sold privately to the same buyer for $60. That’s a definite bargain imo and i believe i could easily have gotten $70-$80 had i went to auction with these and uncovered a few stats.
The term ‘flat chested’ gets searched for about 30,000 times a month – all the other ‘flatchested’ domains are taken, so that instantly makes flatchested.info a valuable domain. Worth about $20 imo just for the name.
retroprogrammes.com is a nice niche site, with a nice name. It was one of my better niche sites, but it wasn’t something i was really interested in. I still reckon the niche and name, with the few posts i’ve put up is worth about $50-60.
So grabbing the two for $60 was good business for the buyer
I need to toughen up
Having said that, i was offered $60 initially for those two plus ufade.com which i hope i can develop in the future. Anyway, $60 more to add to the kitty and it’s important to remember that those two sites only costs me about $8 (.com & .info name).
So i guess the more positive outlook on things would be that i made $52, for not much work, just good niche hunting and a few articles. It now brings my February tally to $1300, just $200 shy of the $1500 target i’ve set myself
